Office politics in cats head ,which is running by gazala, team leader geo zachariah and manager juhi tandon,with some colleagues made me leave the organisation even when I was doing fine with some other parameters of my target, there were so many other colleagues who were not efficient intact the HR told me that you are making incentives but still they asked me to leave else she will terminate me I was afraid I worked with adcb for 6 years it was a bad time and I had to leave because I was not the favourite this career downfall impacted on my life and I had to come back to India I am a deserving person who wanted to and aspired to do something in adcb but my dreams shattered however if there is any chance I can be rehired I will be glad, I am a seasoned banker with almost 12 years plus experience in the industry and being consistent for 6 years within adcb makes me proud and then they tell me to go, bank is very good but some departments like cats where I worked the environment is very political like a mafia which impacted my career in long run

ADCB did not look after mw, when I was victimized and thrown out because of a petty, vindictive and dishonest boss named Bassem Itani. All reports were fabricated. They never looked after me then, of course, they will not follow up after my forced retirement. Bassem also hounded and caused Nadia Al Farah a local lady to lose her job. Maybe you guys should throw some light on him and try to get lying, dishonest people with no scruples like him, exposed?

People's attitude towards expats, Minimal/No opportunities for outsourced staff to explore within the bank. Due to digitalization of Onboarding process, Outsource staff hired for it's clients are not given an opportunity to look around the building they work for an idea to know the number of floors that we are operating and the departments we have .

No support from bank side becoz we are struggling get food even lockdown time we work that time we request to basis salary unfortunately we won’t get it becoz no salary we are not able to support over family also for basics need do the basic need to support feeding at least we accepted basis salary others company they are provided .

We aspected they will support as lockdown time so that dislike only all good
