Salary comes in timely. Company policies are good for seniors and bad for juniors. There is a picnic family gathering in a year which is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not properly given to new joinees. There is 10 hours working time plus over time. Not supporting in covid 19 lockdown. All seniors and juniors staff are used abused language every time and no dress code for employees who not have companies uniform. Work in pressure all time.

No joining letter. No salary slip. No relieving letter. No career growth. No performance appraisal. No Promotion. No salary increment. No job assurity. No weekly off.

... Bad company in Delhi .as per Delhi govt order minimum wage 15,000+ Per month...but Absolute company all S/G staff pay only 10,800 per month....+ ESI,pf.... maximum number of rules....if you break any rules than every time deducted from your salary ammount

Nothing only all day hiring and that's not a complement instead its for their non retention capability of good candidates, thats why mostly keep sticking to the company are those who are overaged incapable of finding a job or those who are not equipped with any kind of survival skills

Dislikes

(1) Number of causes for disliking are innumerable but a few among the reasonable can be summarised firstly by disclosing its low wage policy though the company is charging almost double the amount what's paid to the guards. (2)Pf share from the company to employees is lowest among market trends. (3) Heavier fines for even the minutest of mistake one makes during their duty time, that could easily be ignored had one be employed even in the toughest among the army organizations. (4) During recruitment a practice of charging as much as possible by imposing unnecessary dresses as if it were a modernized private school, no matter how miserable the condition of worker may be going through. (5) No offs, holiday leaves,nothing instead guards employed has to tell 2 days prior to seek a leave else further fine would be imposed, moreover if one gets into some emergency situation and its some odd timing to inform the concerned official, still only the security person has the sole responsibility to take care of things else would face expulsion from the company whatever way one try to give the explanation of the situation. And once a guard leaves or fired from his office,,would never be considered to rejoin the organization again in life. (6) Still there is a lot to elaborate for disliking the company,me having a hectic schedule do not have much time for bothering my mind.

I think, absolute security is very good company. But the posts of good security guards should be increased. As, RO, Supervisor, Area Manager. And this will also motivate the guards. Thanks sir 🙏
