Founder has vision but has no control, saw him implement some good employee benefits. but he has to time to discuss and find the situation below, totally delegated to his below who are fooling him. many leave as soon as ceo leave and behave all busy, meeting,

the environment is very negative, all gossip, all afraid who next. nobody talks freely dont know when back stab. dept boss is always show busy and say my calendar is very tight today, after lunch i have to go, i have 3-4 call scheduled. this is more on friday . monday come and say even on saturady and sunday i could take rest.. so may calls

It's policies are best. Work flexibility, can get leave approval on time, also get wfh when required. Management is good and understanding.

Dislikes

There nothing much to dislike apart from they have less area in their second office and have hired some people who work less but have more salary.

1. Roam with seniors, go down have cigar , dont need to work 2. chit chat with HR 3. Have lunch and can continue for hours 4. give ambitious projection and go home. 5. only fools work here. 6. boss will always look busy as if he is burdened with work and then go down for cigar after every 1 hrs along with disciples return and sit with hr head for chit chat in meeting room 7. boss see if ceo gone and then packup and leave , same follows down the lane..

tips to survive 1. flattery, big projections and delegate all tasks 2. look busy and say i have a call , my schedules for today very tight and next day say i have call till 10 pm in the evening 3. go to meeting room with disciples and sit for at least one half of the day . 4. have lunch and say i have an appointment post lunch

HR is non-functional, very toxic environment, business head and HR Head always chitchat, not action on employee issues, i dont understant how this company is functioning, regret joining , will have to stick till i find a job
