Long duty. Less salary Even after working for 15-16 hours a month, if one or two ratings are wrong, then paying salary after deducting service charge is becoming very difficult, there is no room facility in it, the whole life is getting ruined

Head HR not aware about the increment part how to do he is doing same incremental for old employees & new employees .he should gain more knowledge about hr part

It's a good organisation but it not focus on employees.. increments old employees are neglected

Once once they not provide week off for 1-2 months and they also not paying for those overtime duty....long hour duty 14-16 hour per day

There working community is good. But sometimes situation is not working properly. And their guidence for any problem is good.

Dislikes

The working time is terrible. They are saying that duty time only for 10 hours but usually it is almost 13 to 14 hours. You can't even take rest properly. And also if you working there you can't even get any family or personal time.

1. Work and life balance depends upon how your manager is 2. Loyalty means nearly nothing for senior management 3. Too many flaws in management and senior management politics affects down levels.
