The compensation is good. The work pressure is average. The management needs to learn employee management as they lack to appreciate employees.

.... They are running the business unethically. They are into hire and fire policy. They don't pay the employees on time. Even they deduct incentives unnecessarily.

You start off by an average to poor training which is completely unpaid. After all knowledge isn't cheap. Isn't that wonderful? If your red flag alert is on the low, like me then reading this might help you gain some useful insight. The basics like workplace dignity, respect, credibility, etc. does not exist here. In essence, this place is a sweatshop for content that will definitely give you PTSD. If that's what you enjoy then this is a great fit for you. Quantity is everything, you will soon learn after you finish the training, FYI, you are not technically employed unless you pass the unpaid-training. The HR will ask you why you need money, to which you may answer for survival. SPOILER ALERT: you will still be underpaid. Consider it a privilege to be working for such a company. Oh, I almost forgot it says, What you like about working in ABSAS? Well next to nothing. You will meet some nice people here where you people can connect over the shared tragedy. The food outside is pretty great, especially if you were in Park Street area. It was the location for me.

...il over a year of appointment and even after that employee details were missing. There was no minimum salary (not shared during recruitment) it really depended on your word count. Workplace bullying was a big issue, but never addressed. In fact, it was encouraged by team leaders depending on whom they favoured at the time. So mean high school teenage drama, expect all of that. If you want to be part of the team, then you must take part in making fun of other coworkers, gossip, snicker, and laugh at the chosen target. Then you are right at home. If you do not advocate or support such behaviour, you probably are the target. No health insurance, PF or anything to do with the welfare of employee. It's not uncommon for certain team leaders to insult and threaten employees physical harm if they do not obey them. There is also serious seating issue, where number of seats to the employees fall short. No work-life balance at all, if you intend to have a life after working hours, it is most frowned upon. Live to work, work to live. The office facility is dirty and unhygienic, complaints fall on deaf ears. During COVID-19, some employees contracted Covid-19 as we worked in proximity. After the management learn of such positive cases, they never bothered to inform the others who were at risk. Major, rules and regulation (that will affect your salary) will be changed frequently with little to no information. HR is often not aware of what's going on either after all it's hard to keep track of sudden absurd changes.
