Only good thing was you will get your salary on 26th of every month. Now it is also getting delayed till 31st (much better than many other companies I guess)

Dislikes

No career growth. They wont support you to grow in any way. And worst management policies, only favourable to core employees.

Selfish top management (India Region), Doesn't even care about the employees who are main revenue generators. HR Manager just doesn't care about employees. That person just want to get there timely increment and perks, She is making fool of her top management also. No opportunity for growth. They wont allow you to grow.
