Nothing at all. The company has gone to the dogs, the work load has almost been doubled as majority of the people are leaving. There isn't even any replacement for the people who resigned like six months back or even an year ago.

Everything, starting from the management to zero appraisal as the company is not making profits.

abp SANJHA me sab kuch thik tha par bosss nai. boss nu lagda si neeche wale worker deharidar ee ne. pura dar da mahol hunda si sanja vich eh banda bhut hankar wala.compny da time aa 8hr or 8.30hr par boss satho 20-22hr work karunda si .company di es ch koi galti nai aa.sirf boss mara si.

I am from Bihar. I have been working in abp network for 7 years (Ahmedabad). 2 managers changed in 7 years. The two managers who were earlier used to rate all the employees who came in them according to their work. But right now our new manager, he sees who is close to HOD, he belongs to his cast. You have done good work throughout the year, it does not matter, only in February and March, your kRA is decided. And nothing good is going to happen to the non-Gujaratis here.
