MD sir guidance to the employees. Overall training sessions, knowledge sharing, Client relationship development, on time salary, encouragement, skill development, audit process. I am a Diamond employee but some how I m force to exit :(

Non Respect of the loyal employees, less salary increment

Very good for freshers.Multi module exposure.Good culture , Good Team members & managers.Can surely create base / platform from which consultant can have higher aspirations ahead for career in Sap field.

Not much scope to get developed in customization & config areas in module. Compensation is also a concern for span of 3+ years .

1. Salary on-time. 2. If you have potential, the company pays you good. 3. Good, Humble staff (From freshers to Asst Manager). Senior Management not included in this

1. The smooth transition of responsibilities during Notice period does not exist in this company. Once you put down your resignation, the seniors will put N number of responsibilities against your name and will threaten you that you will not be released on time. 2. Extends the Notice Period without reason. 3. ZERO help from HR. HR in this company will not come forward to help you when the right time comes. They just favor the management level people. 4. Most Important thing. The company is in the hand of arrogant and bully management level people (in terms of development team and delivery) 5. Company follows a centralized approach. Eventually 2-3 people only make bias decisions

...ctually anybody get PIP any time and fired within 3-4 days. 7.Job not secured 8.Proper compensation also not given if you leave early or get PIP. 9.No growth in terms of skill or money. These are the points which is enough to ruin anyone's career. So be careful before joining.

...ed some policys to the employee, who genuinely working above 10+ years with ABM. salary should be as per the experience and responsibilities.
