Company have a bond and the bond amount is handsome. Salary structure is very poor and management system is very bad. They don't know how to behave an employee.

As an employees perspective it is a very good company to work for. High level of job satisfaction and politics free homely environment. The company has recently launched a learning platforms for their employees with in collaboration with Udemy. As a client perspective, the company is always focused towards the project and the growth factor of its clients. The company has quality resources in different departments and all the departments. The clients can rest assured that their projects would must be achieved the success🏆💪.

Likes

Teammates and work environment are really amiable and co-operative. In the probation period trainees are given adequate attention and care to enhance their innovative ability and confidence. The company CEO being himself a good family man, he is very much understanding, so it becomes easy to maintain the work-life balance.

Dislikes

Despite the teammates being amiable, politics goes on as usual as it occurs in any other company. The CEO of the company get personally involved in every project with the employees so efficient employees are adequately praised but appraisal often doesn't come in monetary form. So salary is a bit negative point for freshers, but experience is really valued here.

The Boss, I will prefer to call him a truly guiding light. He is a leader rather than a Boss.

Dislikes

Few seniors (Old one) are doing internal politics and make the working environment insane. They always busy to let you down on every aspect.
