...o time for personal life. Career growth is almost nill. There's no job security. First 3 months, i had to work for no salary n then they used to give me negligible salary, with almost 0% increment.

There's no work life balance. Salary isn't credited on time. Company MD is very selfish and doesn't ever think about the welfare of the employees.

Not good salary, third class HR department, no care towards onsite employees, worst is after working for one year I didn't get my pf money, but deductions were happening in salary slip. I am just waiting for my free time , to take action against my hard earned money. I hope this message will reach to able design engineering company management. All in all worst HR department!

Do Not Have A Proper Work Culture, And There Is No Work Life Balance. No Proper Working Hours And No Basic Amenities Are Provided To Employees. Too Much Work Load Due To Improper Planning And Last Minute Rush.

This is not able it should be unable company... Please if you don't want to get ruined in your career don't join this company... They frustrate you with the target and day to updates. You cannot enjoy your work in such place. You feel exhausted....
