Not an experienced diploma holders if you are diploma holder think If your are local guy ok. Do not come from the outer area 4) if you are good worker they put extra load. Poor Work life balance, Lots of politics, poor culture. Salary and career growth will be Terrible. No benefits for employees who work for overtime almost all days in a year.
