Although everything about Abhi impact has been good so far, there is a need for more openness because there are sometimes issues with the line of communication. Resolving these problems might improve team cohesiveness and productivity, making work more enjoyable

Some colleagues made feel coming to office regularly otherwise the work culture and the treatment by the authorities are worst

0(zero) job security, payments are very less like they literally pick those who are ready to work with minimal payments

There is lots of politics is happen there not in office but where I work for unit of Abhi Logistics

Everything is good but higher level management did not know or they not to try to understand what there HOD or AGM of there units treat their employees.(i.e.only support local personas in shifts & increments)

Teammates are not at all cooperative. Seniors dont provide proper profile training. There 0% job security. There is so much down market politics going. Work environment is very negative n no scope for innovation at all.
