Abengoa is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Abengoa is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed.

I don,t dislike anything about my current job position. But I think that,s a healthy part of working in a team where all members are trying to do their best for the project.

Timings from morning 7:00 a.m. to evening 7:00 p.m.Although weekend was off but daily routine used to get disturbed because of such hectic schedule.

In the company Spanish are good but Indians colleagues are legpullers. Offers good training and uplift opportunities to the employees. Job security is good. For hard workers and honests, career growth is excellent. Salary, appraisal and travels are at par with established MNC. Professional work environment. Pays high attention on Innovation and research. Company support and encourage work-life balance of the employees sympathetically.

No dislike at all. Few responsibles some time disturb the over all performance.
