... like. It shines & stands on the exploitation of hundreds of staff/worker money. never pay increments/full & final to any.

...our job any time termenate to you and management have no good idea for employee. only use to man power skill but no any skill perfomance reward , never give incremnet never salary got on time always late

management and some plant manager have no any technical knowledge just they fire in air and think they are always right and any lower post employee have knowledge but they thinking this is unusual person

salary issue i am getting salary approx 4 month late regularly 16 months .. my increments is reveres without any review.... due to my immediate boss is not satisfied because i am not favour his wrong and unofficial orders...

They don't appreciate you if you do something good to plant. They only think about their plant...never understand your problems. HR don't give you satisfy answer when you need suggestions.
