Wrost company, if you go there latter your salary will be deducted. They will make you work 14 hours and give your overtime 50-60 hours at the end of month. There is no time table durning work, no car in case of emergency I'llines. You have to take serials to cook food after duty, they allow six to eight people's to saty in one room, Doesn't matter Engineer and Supervisor. If the Ac in the room is damaged, your suffering is unlimited, you have to take bath in the same washroom, the size is ver small puplic bathroom, same toilet for workers and everyone, no washing machine no laundry, there is no difference between a Normal helper and engineers, u will not get any respect from worker. If u want to go on normal vacation or emergency vacation you have to waait many month and have to go big trouble and your suffering is unlimited. If u want to go on any emergency cases they will Charged for emergency leave 10000 Riyal. Those who are thinking of going Abdul Rahman al otaishan company, please think about it. Its very worse management, not time table for our duty, without overtime we had to done our job. During vacation/final it's behave like Tom&jery. Don't come to this company it's not suitable for me either my friend that's worked inside this company.

I don.t like this work bucouse i am diploma civil engineer, i need bulding construction and road and highway so this job no perfect job. This company work Saudi aramco repering job.and trensprot site or al everything ok. Just it. Thanks

The Company is open to Man power suppliers, we have Good relation with Saudi Aramco company. A big deal with the Maintenance,Operation and bassd works.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow , I have to work 14 -15 hours straight in a day, sometimes night duty into the night, managers unique strengths , which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. He doesn't know approximately appreciate. It's I feel pain sometimes.
