Great company , provide the best Training related to business,feel secured, and good salary to employees, take care on travel allowance to ensure comfort to employee,one can develop his career and live happy life. Only one draw back politics is deep rooted where owner not well aware of. Politics

The owner Mr. Mohammed Hashim is very nice person.( may Allah bestow him with good health and success in this world and hereafter). If you are a hard worker you will get opportunities to grow. The salaries and incentives are more more better than Abdul lateef jameel and Al Jomaih etc.

Dislikes

So many higher management people like Mr. Shakib Hyder, Fida Khan, Muttesim Dairiya, Ajmi Khan, etc took resignation in the year 2018, Now some people new management is poor they ended the benefits of employees. in my department i have 12 worker in which they removed 7 in 5 workers they need same productivity . I hear that in 2023 company terminated bad staff from higher management and hired with good. You must try in AHCL, Best of Luck.
