There is nothing to like about this company apart from the salary as it's on time. The food that they serve is worst accomodation facility is worst with no proper housekeeping drinking water in camp is underground water. Full Pakistani in camp and facility management with all cha-cha mama Bhai, dada and nana whole Pakistan generation is in Shuwayer. Owners and management are not at all interested in ground level management. Soon for sure the company will be in huge loss.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like the food accomodation transport to office from camp all are worst. there is no bus for staff all need to sit on big bus without AC. Weekly one time bus Wil go to city for 3 hours. Laundry is third class with bad smell in cloth and no proper iron. Request owner and Management do take some time and speak to the labour and junior staff. We are the people working hard for the company growth without any benefit.

I love the fact that i am a part of team as a project engineer. As a result i get travel abroad, especially UAE and Bahrain for executing my project, and i am very interested to do planning, executing, monitoring & closing. In my organization every project is performed according to planning. I love my job. We work happily with my project manager in collaboration.

Dislikes

Its not a projectized organization. I am very interested to work in projectized organization. In my present organization career growth is slow.
