...trol should be maintained. Company policy is good but not properly implemented.. Increment every year maximum 10% Upon gross salary for executive to Sr. Employees.. Bonus & EL ENCASHMENT available..canteen not available..All decision have to take at plant.. No support getting from Seniors..

There is no job security or job satisfaction at all.. Senior designated person i.e. Production Manager, Manager-Quality & Development, Group Manager-HR & Admin, Asst. Manager - Production, Asst. Manager - QA & QC, Sr. Executive- Maintenance never support to you..misguide every time..They are built a lobby unofficial..Lots of Audit done every month (responsibility fully to HR & Admin) as it is a subcontracting of HUL.. So no leave approve by Seniors.. Sunday may also be on duty on some time..

No job security...you are forced to work 24 hour..No OT...HR is not available for last 5 month..No HR stay more then 6 month in this company..Job Opening whole year..

Company is totally waste including Factory Manager full of unskilled persons including owners so don't leave ur present organization for the sake of money or else u will also be writing comments like I have written

I am fully dissatisfied to wark there. There work calture and behavior is very bad. Fully anty employees company.

Working time is so long. No fixed time to leave from office, avarage 10am to 8pm, it may be 10am To 9 - 9.30pm. Sunday also not fixed weekly off. And senior employees behavior is very bad. There have no job security.

Here i am working in QC/Chemist Role 1 year. but here job security & Senior Manager no good. that's why i am left/Resignation. work culture is good, i am skill base and some other learn from this industry.
