Very bad in maintaining decipline, rules and regulations, work is not systematic or organized , never get salary on time no increment, no promotion, fake promises No safety,very less equipment to work on Overall worst company

... all his relatives on every site and they are doing too much corruption on site. No time of salary. Non technical person are more at site who are ruling at site.

It is a good company. In this company I gate my salary timely, getting necessary benefits , also getting leaves when I needed most. Their fooding & lodging is good.

Company management is not too good, Quite slow , & some staffs are also not good their behavior in site is too bad which effects work culture.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... GM, at Kolkata level understands your problems and grants leaves when required. The pay also is much better here as compared to other CA forms where you work your rear end off with half the salary.
