...y don't even test samples but they give results on their own.They will detuct P.F but they will not pay in their pf account. Freshers especially don't join bcoz nothing you will learn rather than how to manipulate results.

I had hands on training and great exposure on different subjects. I was given full access and freedom to carryout the job. As I worked directly under management, got great insight into strategic decision making.Overall great support from management.

Only second Saturday off

Not a very stressful environment, deadlines will be there at times. I liked working over there. Not many companies were giving salaries during Covid, but they did. So, Job security is there.

Should improve the efficiency and systems/automation should be introduced.

I am an Environmental Engineer associated with this company for a few years, EIA Team is good and Management level is very supportive, during this covid, management had supported me very well, few of them left the organisation and now it has been restructured again with a lot of projects lined up. Job security will be there. Working hours are not that strict, in my previous company, if i came for work late for two consecutive days, they will put LOP, but not here.

Dislikes

I don;t find any now, previously Mon-sat working was difficult, now due to WFH, I don't find any difficulties.

It's an environmental consultancy company with an advanced quality control laboratory. Teammates are good and cooperative, training is beneficial, job security is secure, career growth is no work environment is good
