Appraisal and growth are transparent and only on performance basis no politics here. working hours doesn't matter only performance matter s. It may be a good company for new job seekers.

1) When product market share gets down, the upper management sales team start to pressurise more and keep mettings on meeting. 2) Forget about the Promotion and yearly increment.

You have to satisfy the ego of your boss and should be ready to give money to stockiest to do your target. If you don't do your target, you will be targeted and will be blackmailed

The company will best in class training to you in product and therapeutic area, Abbott speciality care is best and culture will be excellent and never join in primary care the scenario is entirely different
