Good Organization in terms of Salary & benefits .

Dislikes

No weekends so poor on work life balance. Anonymous dicision taken by management for layoffs / transfer without any prior information. Sales pressure is very high & Person have no idea when & what will happen with them on any coming week . Work culture is Average not matching with other Abbott values & behaviour standard . Attrition rate is around 70-80% .

Nothing at all besides timely salary benefits.

Worst management I have faced till date. They are so clueless as to when they need to start a division and when to close it off. They gave us time of about 1 year but couldn't sustain us for even 5 months, that too without any warning or time. Now I am scrambling to get a new job after just 5 months.

Unpredictable Situations. Communication Gap with management. No strategy by management. Most unfaithful and unhealthy work culture. Worst management. Unprofessional FMCG Peoples operates Medical Devices segment.

They give good salary hike because there main intentions are to porch good employee from other companies and competitors to rupture their sales

Dislikes

No ethics No work Life balance senior management treats you like non human and in case you try to raise voice against them they will try everything to hamper your reputation HR is no help they don't listen or resolve any disputes. If you have any issues there is no one to listen to you There is no job security even if you are good performer senior management manipulates sales data and will put you in endless pressure to bring revenue

...ame reason. Senior management is not at all people friendly and understanding. Targets set are always unachievable for the company and you end up losing your incentive or variable pay almost entirely. Survival is the only game at each other’s cost of success.

Dislikes

The expectation set per employee is way too high compromising the work life balance completely and stressing the team members. They incult the fear of losing your job if the targets are not met they remove people within 3 to 6 months. The culture is horrible. You don’t get the required support from the management; HR. People are made to work in their maternity leave also. No empathy is shown towards employees and it is completely number driven organisation.
