There's nothing good at Abbacus Technology. They treat employees like their servent. And trust me there's no job security or guarantee in their. They kick you from the office according to their mood.

It's the worst place to work on and if you're a fresher then you must not join this company.

Fake promises. At the time of joining they told that I will get my Wi-Fi bill rembusment and also If I work in night shift I will get extra allowance. But later they Denied to give

* Supportive Seniors(Not Managers) * Good for learning new structures if you are not in SR Projects * Good for website developers

Dislikes

* No Work Appreciation even if you work for 12 hrs for them * You will get increment as per current project requirements not as per your skills * HR is lair & Always takes management side * If new girl comes to team then some seniors tries to impress her... * Boss only wants his profit * Some Managers only comes to roaming around the office & play games in mobiles * If you are Junior then they treat like you are AMC Cleaner * Timing Not Comfortable 11 to 8:30 * They Make bad impression if you make single mistake at first time..& Then they always treat with your old impression * Managers will give you work after 7:30... When closing time is 8:30 so you have to work after 8:30 * If you work with Vimal raval then your career & mind will be damaged

No Proper Project management system... It's only Google Sheets and Skype conversation. Developer are totally ignored in Project meetings.. Only they are given orders of the tasks to do.
