I have joined as Fresher in a third party pay roll and soon in 9 months they made me onrole. So the work culture is excellent where you get to learn all kinds of activities in finance and when you are done with the employment you are left with immense knowledge and subject expertise. Work culture completely depends on your Manager

Nothing in real but as we worked for US clients i havent got any Indian holidays asw well as US holidays. This was the worst experience

They provide regular health checkups. If working in night shifts, cab facilities, free food and snacks. This is the some things i liked there.(i was in contract there)

...on, you just work like labour but can't expect anything from boss or Management. Because of management's obsession for cost-cutting employees suffered a lot. No team lunch, no team outing, no extra activites other then work. Just work and go. No monetary benefits for overtime workings. Totally demotivating environment. (News)After some days they are going to automate the processes, so bye bye to all hard working employees. Never recommend this company.

The company is very good in innovation and adopting advanced technologies. But it may result in recession. I love to work with my team which has global client base. I got an opportunity to travel to Egypt on a short term assignment, though I joined as a fresher. I like the work environment at office.

... employees also get a chance to attend various training's conducted by company. Coming to compensation part, it very difficult (Poor) to explain.

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.
