ABB started digital domain in 2019 All software engineer ,R&D engineer are deployed in this digital domain. SDLC cycle are not good. Agile is not followed. Delivery time is very short they put immense pressure on developer with 2-8 years experience. Everybody it exists company in 1 or 2 years, mid exp and senior like 10+ Almost all leave before 2 years. Salary is on time. Other than IT department, all departments are good

Poor work life balance. No comp off. High pressure job, I got admitted to hospital once. Work place environment is not good for humans

Nothing special. Only salary comes on time, rest company is terrible , very poor management.

There is no work life balance, Even after office your manager wants to you to reply emails and also for Weekends. No proper Lisence to work, always have to wait as other will use the licenses. Very poor management, no growth. The one who knows, will be full loaded. No growth at all.
