...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

ABB has excellent work culture and management policies, they keep people safety first in all actions. also it’s a company having very higher level of integrity.

Salary hike is average and career growth is very slow.

Company's offers very good amount of Learning opportunities and work life balance. This is great company for those who take ownership and steer towards excellence. Management gives space and time to allow individuals to deliver, quite flexible in the approach.

Dislikes

C&B area might need a benchmarking. Salary disparity is general issue for larger and older organisations, ABB is no exception to it.

I liked company’s innovative product offerings, good company culture and job security is also good.

Salary compensation is not as per competition. Company has a flat organization structure which is a disadvantage for promotion and appraisals.
