Abans have so much to offer, especially for beginners who wants to have a great career in Finance or broking. If you are in the right team and under right guidance your career graph will boom. There is minimal office politics and the people culture is very well managed. Great work life balance.

Work distribution amongst the team needs to be managed. Some of the guys are over burdened whereas others have minimal work. Also there is no parity in payment structure based on the work profile.

Work culture is really good. Opportunities to learn and grow are immense. I joined the company 3 years ago as an Admin associate. Now I'm a part of corporate finance team. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
