If you are a fresher, then it is better to stay in this company for 2 years, you will get basic knowledge and experience.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Project manager are noncompetent and having non professional behaviour. Mostly of them are young and having no experience relative to such projects so his team will suffer entire project.
