I have been working at Aaxis Nano for the past year and have been extremely impressed with the level of employee engagement at the company. From the moment I started, I felt welcome and supported by my coworkers and management. One of the things that stand out to me aaxis nano of communication and transparency with the organization's goal. It is a lala company with no job security. Hiring and firing happens every day. Sales team only had 3-4 guys working since long with same figures. Total waste of career. If you are checking the feedback given. Max feedback given after 2021 are fake as one point of time the their overall score had came down to 2.

If you're passionate about tech, there can be no better place than Aaxis Nano technologies Pvt Ltd to nurture it. I quit my previous company briefly in 2021. In my current tenure, I've been promoted twice! Here, hard work is always rewarded. I recommended joining the organization to make sharp and improve your skills.

As an intern in the marketing department, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and found many aspects of the company impressive. I appreciate the level of collaboration and support among colleagues. the team members were always willing to lend a hand or provide guidance whenever I needed it, which made me feel valued and motivated.

Aaxis Nano Technology as an Organisation give you ample opportunity to learn and grow and the supportive faculty and healthy working culture makes it the best among the organisations, which gives you the motivation to work harder for the organisation and grow with the organisation.

There’s nothing I dislike about the Organisation in particular. It’s just that rewarding more aggressively for the hardwork done would be highly appreciated and motivated for the employees.
