very poor work culture, management want flattery from employees, management is very biased and no professionalism, management is on deputation from GAIL & HPCL and transfer to parent company on completing 3 years or 4 years so no sense of ownership, not bothered about company, employees who are fawning are getting promotions and best place for posting.

...e is nothing to learn in this company, You'll only come accross office politics. HR has played well in the salary part, there are many deductions in salary after with It becomes hell to survive in the city. Whatever you earn, you will spend in food and accommodation. Company expects you to bring your own bike. In short an FTC Engineer will have no money left at the end of the month as he will be spending all to cover the monthly expenses which leads to frustration.

...fied degree i recommend you to not to join this company for third party payroll. You cannot grow, you will always be on same position and salary as well.

It's a good company to get associated with but have bunch of inexperienced people joining the team to make things worse.

It completely depends on every individual as if he or she wants to grow then it will be hectic and if he or she wants to relax and chill it's one of the best place I have ever heard or came across.

Aavantika gas work of field mostly gas pipe Damage them incident of fire case and aavantika company not support on work incident issue.
