As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

Dislikes

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join

Iam taking about Railway Department . You can get salary on time that is all ! Some officials are good some are worst . They won't understand your problem , if they are giving salary means you have to do it any way !

Treat employees like labourers ... No respect to employees . You have to risk your life to do work , still no appraisal .

If your age is above 50 years then join in TPI firm to get relief from physical activities. You will get some relaxation in attendance (in/out timing).

...sher engineers or even 3-4 yrs experience willing to join TPI for sake of money. You will never grow in consulting firm in terms of salary but if you take bribe then it’s a best place, all depends upon person to person. It’s my suggestion to younger guys to not join in TPI… work in contractor or client firm to grow better n better in future

Company simply entertains the technical team with good salaries & no proper performance evaluation from the irrigation division, all the people simply works as their wish, the rest department hr, admin , accounts they treat like a slave.

No proper monitoring from the top management, simply pay salaries to technical team, and sucks the blood of hr and less salaried employees

In some projects salary is on time in some times not depends on project. Work culture depends on client. Overall company is good.

Initially one cl and one el was available now just cl no el and management has changed HR policies.
