No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

No work pressure. Because they don't release salary on time

There is no schedule for salary, every month salary comes late, and no one replied about salary in HR also they not releasing salary 2-3 months.

...rovals we need to beg them 9. Daily 9 hours but they make us work 10-12 hrs 10. Yet no proper treatment and the salary 11. Hikes and appraisals are worst 12. Worst experience for a fresher like me. 13. Holidays are also very less 14. No proper off time / celebrations/ etc. etc. 15. Too much favouritism / ego / back biting 16. There is not a single thing in the organisation that I liked except for the fellow graduates joined along with me and are facing same problems which made us share problems and face them with a smile. 17. If u r a fresher i absolutely don't recommend you to join in this organisation.

If your age is above 50 years then join in TPI firm to get relief from physical activities. You will get some relaxation in attendance (in/out timing).

...sher engineers or even 3-4 yrs experience willing to join TPI for sake of money. You will never grow in consulting firm in terms of salary but if you take bribe then it’s a best place, all depends upon person to person. It’s my suggestion to younger guys to not join in TPI… work in contractor or client firm to grow better n better in future
