Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...employee attending them from morning to evening. They die there... that's it. Aarvee don't even pay salaries in time, don't even pay fully, don't even follow employee rules properly. 100% employees just for the sake of protecting their career, do not complain and absolve all these nonsense, so that they get experience certificate during their exit from the company. A very brutal company that is Aarvee, in Indian market since last 30 years robbing the salaries of employees and prospecting it's turnover. I don't recommend Aarvee at all.

...e. This very person decides who to stay and who not to stay in the Organisation. This Project Manager main assistant simply takes 120,000 per month Salary and not even work but comes to office just for chit chat with others. I don't how he have become a proof consultant/interview consultant. So, Guys please don't join this Buildings division in this company as your career will be ruined. Associate Vice President of this division is a two tongued Women. Project Manager is a Honey Coated Sword.

Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.

In some projects salary is on time in some times not depends on project. Work culture depends on client. Overall company is good.
