Independent to work, not too much interference. Not any type of harassment regarding attendance & leave, getting regular salary in between 8th to 14th every month. Company is getting new work/contracts from different clients on regular basis.

Dislikes

Appraisal is filled up 9 months back but increment in salary not done till date. Communication gap between head office and site.

In some projects salary is on time in some times not depends on project. Work culture depends on client. Overall company is good.

Initially one cl and one el was available now just cl no el and management has changed HR policies.

have a good salary benefits and good office arrangements and good environment for skill development.

Company wants to deliver the services more then the client requirements. and H O interference in site office work is very much.

...urth Saturday is off, so more time to do personal things and gain new skills. 3. Better annual salary hikes than other companies. 4. Monthly two leaves 5. Medical insurance will be provided.

Dislikes

1. Office mess hall is untidy with people taking up hand wash space to wash their lunch boxes. 2. Very slow/outdated computers. We face a lot of problems with them. 3. Free version software's are used majorly unless a paid software is very important for your job. 4. Many websites are blocked, so limited use of internet. 5. Although using whatsapp is unofficial, all team members use it for official communication and share many important documents.

Likes

As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

Dislikes

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join
