As a Civil Engineer there is nothing to like in Aarvee. They treat site engineers as second class employee.

Dislikes

...any don't have a proper HR manager to deal with, here coordinator is everything. They will ask you to pay for every site related expenses and you may get back those payments after 70-90 days if Manager shows some sympathy otherwise coordinator will not give a look at your payments. There will be no use of your technical skills but only photo clicking skills. Please don't join

Iam taking about Railway Department . You can get salary on time that is all ! Some officials are good some are worst . They won't understand your problem , if they are giving salary means you have to do it any way !

Treat employees like labourers ... No respect to employees . You have to risk your life to do work , still no appraisal .

There's no job security here, i lost my job in 31st march because project is completed as per agreement but haven't received my salary yet. Due to covid-19 im not able to join any other company so its Aarvee's responsibility to support me in this tough time but in place of supporting they didn't give salary of march month and also not provided experience certificate through Which i should apply in any other organisation.

...ake care of there employees but this organisation doesn't support its employees.While on the other hand it also didn't gave us the last month's salary nor the experience certificate through which i should apply on any other organisations. They promised since last 2 years to give bonus but dint gave this also. So it's been so difficult for me to losse job in lockdown and don't get salary of march month.

Great work culture and environment Seniors are supportive.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The company is good for learning and is also good for working experience for freshers. All senior colleagues are very helpful.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. No appraisal can be noticed during my job.
