Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Lowest Job security - Reckless Decision making, Over hiring without requirements, firing people without notice in name of cost saving to increase profit as business. Illogical work environment - Team leader has no technical knowledge whatsoever decides changes on his own without consent. Basic Work ethics : are not available, Team leader (Site Head) targets people, partial and arrogant . Work delegation : No utilisation of people based on thier expertise or knowledge, firefighting after decision being made, Longterm mindset is not there. Safety : Poor safety management, Management of change not followed, Team leader can modify anything as he please based on his own interpretation irrationally. Decision : Poor decision making ability, eccentric , no leadership quality , Not able to work as a team.
