Not liking anything here. Worst ever experience as a employee here. Not recommending anyone to join this company.

Dislikes

Firstly you will not get a salary break up You won't be able to know your salary at the time of joining. Work culture is very poor. Lots of mismanagement in everything. They will deduct everything from your salary you will only get a stipend by which you can't improve your life. Just hell here.

Good thing is , this is an integrated steel plant. Where for new joinees there is a scope to see Sponge Iron, Power Plant, SMS ,Rolling Mill, Ferro Alloy Plant in a single organization.
