Safety point view cultural is ok but work life balance not properly maintained, manpower management and production planning is not good. R & D team is best for synthesis product

Dislikes

No work life balance poor HR policy, Canteen food average .Bus facility not available in all routes. Bond system for newly joined employee. If leave in 2 yr. 2 MONTHS gross salary should be paid to HR.
