salary & benefits/promotions/appraisal - here your salary will not increase that much and you will also get promotion only after about 6 to 7 years. Yes, you will get some extra money due to project work.

I am working here as a Fixed Term Employee no salary increament for FTE's even the HR has promised that increament will be same as permanent employees. But as it's verbal communication they denied as the time of increament. I will suggest not to join here as a Fixed term employee it will be your worst experience and you will get depressed to the worst bottom level.

There is a very good working culture inside the company, as well as good management support I got at the company. A good behavior from all staff members from all the department. Aarti industry limited is largest group in India. Job security is good in this organization.
