I would say AIL as Aarti institute of learning because there is no limit for learning and developed your skills lots of training program and growth program held by company for example - B.E chemical course for non chemical field engineers and management course(MBA , SCM ,etc) from IIM for manager and above levels. 05 days working

Dislikes

Only one thing is slightly negative is salary package which is not as per today's standards. There must be salary revision in every 3 years to maintain salary gaps and inflation rates.

My unit is very informative and good for mechanical engineering pass outs and freshers. working under senior engineers is good. They always helps us and shares all the information and studies they have learnt in that period of time. Work culture is very nice. Here. Our mental health is also not compromised. There are competitions events every six months training sessions, safety meetings for every month. So it is nice to work here.

Dislikes

The cons working in Aarti industries, Hr first of all the salary. Salary here is less looking to the average salary spent on the engineers in other related companies. As working in an chemical plant, every engineer and other workers work in a hazardous environment and work risking their lives. Mostly the worker level here are the locals. So while working with them is bit of a challenge.

...for EHS and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge for learning new things Company make new policies, guidelines to make world class infrastructure, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics but not following 100% at site and Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They are didn't cut/ deduction in salary .. and they are also thinking about conformation of GAT after completion 1 year of GAT

Standardization must be required means Aarti in different locations means management decesion too different in different different location of compny

Good environment and salary system but there is a need of some improvement in many aspects.

There is a local persons harrasment and threating and doing work like ruffians.Some staff not behave good with other state people .
