1. SALARY... VERY VERY LOW INCREMENTS.. They will offer you 8000/- per month gross salary after deducting you will get around 6800/- in hand approx. Then next year only 8-10% increment i.e. Approx. 8800/- gross salary.. n so on... 2. Favoritism by management.. if you are in good books them ok n if not.. then no promotion, n no good increments. 3. Bad HR policies... Policy are designed in such a way that employers will get minimum benefits of it... No bonus.. conditions for performance bonus are framed in a way so that employers will not get it.
