The owner just knows how to get work out from employees no matter what. Pathetic behaviour towards employees as if they are her servants. No respect towards the employee no understanding sensitivity towards employee's problems. All she knows is how to get the work done she doesn't care if you or your family person is dying. All that matters is money. Do not get trapped as she does this office trip things every month to retain employees. That's her giving toffee to the employee in return to the mental torture she does. She can tell to leave anytime shes done with you but if you resign without notice she's gonna rant about how things work.. and funny that she'll tell you that employees cannot leave with prior notice 🤣 wheres she herself does not follows any rules made for the company owners, woman you need to deduct pf you need to clarify a solid reason before laying someone off but did you do that ? No! Then how are you preaching your employees about rules and laws ? First file the taxes that you're not paying to the government by no pf deduction no labour laws followed by the company as it's a lala company but she'll expect you to follow all rules like a donkey.
