...i Omer they are the founder. They don't provide any appoint letter and pay slip. After 6-7 months they start deduction from salary whoever having salary more than 28K take home. Moreover, there is no PF facility, If anyone ask for the reason they says this is the actual salary they offer and when asked for pay slip and appointment letter to relate the details, they delaying the things and give irrelevant excuses, even sometime they start abusing. They advertise that Aarin Healthcare is a US Healcare medical billing comp, however, behind that they run scam.

Working in Aarin Healthcare was fine up until we worked for the client who trained us for an EVBV process. The work flow was upto our limits but once the client left and some other person take over things change drastically. No consistency in work, no limited working hour ( organization were expecting us to for 12hr without OT ), non achievable targets. They started targeting employee for meeting there targets or else the day would be considered as LOP. Worst management at aarien Healthcare.

Everything is excellent.This organisation is amazing and providing us many learning things with familiar environment.All the team members of this firm are very helping in nature. Our managements and managers are very honourable because they treat us like their children and help us to grow with their support always motivate us to achieve our goals . thank you so much Aarin family ❤️ am really very happy with my job and I wish for this firm for more growth and success .
