You will be like labour don't join plz. You will ruin your life because 3 years bond, You have to work like KGF narachi labours for 15 hours. Don't spoil your life. Don't go young students don't spoil your life. If you earn less than auto driver. You will hell in earth after you enter there.

A Secured Job with good career growth, opportunities with a good work culture, Management is really superb with good policies and benefits. Simple in our company if you prove you get a chance to climb to the higher position.

Guys one suggestion for freshers please don't go and waste your career the work they do is never related to engineering graduates. Please if you join also join only for design field and not for detailing field. And also there will overtime of 6-7 hrs may be 2 shifts also but at last you won't get any compensation.

The work environment is very good and almost all the seniors are aiding me if I have a doubt in my projects. Cultural events are good.

Sometimes I may have to work extra hours to complete the projects assigned to me. But it is acceptable only, cuz most of the companies are like this and aarbee is doing their best to reduce our work loads.
