Salary on 7th Employee working on client location dont have any communication. If employee work on non working days, they dont provide comp off pay. They deduct salary for mediclaim but dont provide mediclaim card. No response to our mails inspite of multiple followups i.e more than 30 followups. The TL/PM doesnt care what the team is doing No maternity leavy policy for females

As an employee we need salary on time, night allowances, compoff and satisfactory appraisal every year.

Dislikes

Not having friendly environment and support from L3 or team leaders. Only pressurise related to work. Politics are on top with genuine honest and sincere employee.

...to visit the client office multiple times. However, the client was unresponsive. After three months without salary, despite multiple follow-ups with HR Head Syed Hussain and Meena, the company informed me that they did not secure the project. The HR head allegedly told me to find another job. When the I requested three months' salary and relieving letter, HR reportedly gave me an ultimatum—either accept the relieving/experience letter and forgot salary or demand the salary without the documents.

Delay in everything ..salary date not fixed, pf account created but amount not credited ,

Growth is slow, won't get salary on time, notice period is for 90 days, experience certificate you will get after 8-12 months(won't get easily).hr behaviour is rude ,they won't bother for anything whatever happens .

Great place to work with excellent job security, satisfying work and they have good banking domain clients to work with.. Here the package they are providing is good... overall satisfying experience...

salary is getting on time but after 1 week. Rest all good.
