Salary on 7th Employee working on client location dont have any communication. If employee work on non working days, they dont provide comp off pay. They deduct salary for mediclaim but dont provide mediclaim card. No response to our mails inspite of multiple followups i.e more than 30 followups. The TL/PM doesnt care what the team is doing No maternity leavy policy for females

As an employee we need salary on time, night allowances, compoff and satisfactory appraisal every year.

Not having friendly environment and support from L3 or team leaders. Only pressurise related to work. Politics are on top with genuine honest and sincere employee.

Unclear Offer Letter: Upon being hired, I received a letter of intent rather than a formal offer letter detailing my salary or CTC. This lack of clarity was troubling and indicative of the company's unprofessionalism. 3. Unpredictable Salary Issues: Salary payments were inconsistent, with deductions made without notice and explanations often attributed to "technical glitches." Delays in resolving these issues led to prolonged financial uncertainty. 4. TDS Non-Compliance: The organisation deducted TDS from my salary but failed to remit it to the income tax authorities, resulting in discrepancies in my 26AS form. Despite repeated follow-ups, this issue remains unresolved. 5. Lack of Support for Exit Formalities: Upon resigning, obtaining a relieving letter, experience letter, and other exit documents became an arduous task, with no responses from HR despite numerous emails. 6. Delayed Full and Final Settlement: My final settlement has been pending since April 2024, and despite daily follow-ups, the company has yet to process it, leaving me in financial limbo. Conclusion:- Aarav Global product and service pvt LTD, Organisation has not only failed to meet basic professional standards but has also negatively impacted my career and personal financial stability. I strongly advise against joining this company based on my experience. The negative aspects far outweigh any potential benefits.

Sandwiched leave policy Salary on 7 yo 10 of month Leaves not at all updated on Portal No mediclaim for parents. High mEdvlaim deduction for family and coverage is only 2 lacs PL is 12 and SL 6 and it will be credited on monthly basis. Hr and finanace team is not responsive. Deduction in salary without intimation. Salary slip is not generated on time, we did not received payslip for dec month yet in feb month. They make false commitments.
