Work life balance is good but now a days this things also gone away.

Dont join this company. There is no job security, if you dont want them than the next day you have to release from company. No career growth and also no technical growth.

3 month notice period and even there is chance to extend up to 2-3 weeks. No leave in notice period. In case client closed the contract for you, management will ask you to leave within a week. Allows only one leave per month.

Work life balance, flexible timings, client interaction are there. You may have to work extended hours very rarely. If you're keen to learn, you have to do it by yourself. Job security depends on projects. There are some long term projects but based on requirement they'll will add n remove resources. Notice period is 3 months for employees but 1 month for employer which is totally unfair. No one will question you as long as you do your work properly. But If the project is over they will try get you into another project if available otherwise they will give you a month notice to leave.

Notice period should be equal to both employee and employer.
