I am quite satisfied with company's positive thinking. 1st and most important think is salary given timely, not only staff for all (like vendor, delar) .

Dislikes

Less staff and huge work pressure. That's why unable take week off also.

One major dislike is the lack of job security since Pidilite invested in the company. Many employees feel uncertain about their future as there seems to be a shift in priorities and structure. This uncertainty can make it challenging to stay fully motivated and confident in long-term career growth with the organization.

company will hire any graduated experience or fresher candidate they use indeed more than naukari so please check job vacancy on that this job is only good for starting fresher career for graduation person not for MBA guy

Company culture is very unfair in specially pune senior management worst they dont have any plans to sales n all they will only put pressure on you they offer you appraisal on your target if you fulfil that they will change their decision after one year they will never increase salary here is no scope of career growth after completion of notice period they will never response to your calls messages mails they will never provide you right experience letter they will provide late full n final settlement

Company was good. But political system is generated there. Specially mumbai pune. City head is very unskilled himself. Not proving any training for work culture. No growth over there...

No proper appraisal system, no appreciation even tough you acheive targets, escalations from operations department, no work life balance, not a professional role, and many more😂
