MD is good in everything but below staff very old and lack of knowledge and harrasment of new staff and change.

Very poor management, lack of knowledge or not upgrading, Notice payment on Basic salary example if any manager have salary 2 Lakh but basic is 50,000 then company pay 50,000 instead of 2 Lakh, Own Rules and HRA doesn't listen or upgrading as per Company and shop act.

Only salary was on time if CEO available in India.

.... One man show. No budgets for new projects. frustrating and toxic work culture. take home salary is very less in comparison to CTC. Strick timings.

Only salary on time. Nothing is good here.

Involvement of CEO in each and every decision. No free hand to work, even 1rs item PO and PR is signed by him that after a week causing delay in purchasing. Always scarcity of spares in plant, no work ethics, no policy, unskilled manpower for cost saving, 12hrs duty(8hrs as per joining letter) even if plant is smooth due to management order.

Very bad company and company culture. No job security. Company MD jab bhi jahe apne man se nikal deta hai. Bhul kar bhi joint na karna. Meine galti ki achi company chodKar near aane ke chaker mein join Kar li. 2 month baad company ne nikal diya.

Personal life actually, can be managed well since can take leaves easily Ok to join if u r jobless, something better than nothing

Fluctuating decision making Shaky management vision No job security ( hire and fire at will) Too much politics and buttering culture No logical growth plan Un motivated work force (80% searching job) Not open to any opinion or suggestion, only one person makes decision and that too not logically driven, it is mood driven
