...y is very supportive. This is the platform where we can earn and learn together. It gives good salary. It has well qualified trainers who give training. It has separate department for everything.

Most of the things are excellent. I don't like a thing that is they judge the excellence of a teacher on the behalf of students' results.

Facilitating in classes and guiding youth is the top satisfaction.

Dislikes

The management monopoly gives preferences to favourite or 'yes sir' employees. Data-orientated rather than process-orientated. Less appreciation for work done and achievements, however only appreciation for comparing two employees' work having 2 different conditions.

Likes

There is barely anything to like about it. The environment sucks. People from managerial designation run a scam. The one who is their puppet, will be getting good score in monthly evaluations. The skilled ones have to suffer. More than 25 friends of mine have resigned due to this reason.

Dislikes

They torture you. Mentally harass you. Will not let you do the job with peace. Will never recommend to my enemies even. They will listen to the students more than the branch staff. No matter whether the student is speaking truth or passing time. They will threat you about firing you even on small errors. I wish I could rate in minus.

I really like the culture of FEA. FEA is like a family where people always help and support you for your career and growth. All the staff is so humble and polite. Here mistakes are not treated as imperfection but opportunities to learn new skills.

Dislikes

I feel that appraisal is not as per the government policy also job security is the issue when branches get closed.

It's the organisation which makes its employees believe that they have a lot potential in them. The management is very supportive. Working here was absolutely a wonderful experience. If you are interested to make a change in the society by your creative teaching skills, then you must experience working wih AAMF.
