The ambience of the resort was good,staff accommodation & staff behaviour was very nice.

...e totally useless & rude,so many staffs left their job just because of managers.Salary is too late.PF dedacts from salary but not credit.I personally left the job just because of the rude behaviour of manager.Very bad place to work.You will be totally fu**ed up 🖕physically and mentally if you join AAMBY VALLEY.

Sorrounded by nature. Friendly colleagues.

Dislikes

...d tedious 12-14 hrs shifts on special events or weekends. No scope of promotion. Very low salary. Politics is ruining the mental peace of employees. Restrictions from security dept.

compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I liked supporting staff and they were very kind.

There don't have more facilities for employees such as mosque, vehicle for travelling any time,varieties in food et cetera,however workers cannot be obtain leaves on light days like Friday Wednesday.After all everything is good.
